Question 1

What do I need to run Betmatic?

Accepted Answer

You'll need a computer to download and run the Betmatic application. We recommend at least 8GB of RAM and a 4GHz CPU, which comfortably handles up to 10 bookmaker accounts. More powerful machines can handle many more.

Question 2

Which bookmakers and markets are supported?

Accepted Answer

Betmatic supports 100+ bookmakers and 50+ market types. Log in and check the status page for the full list. If you need something we don't support yet, contact us.

Question 3

How fast is Betmatic?

Accepted Answer

In ideal conditions, Betmatic submits all bets within 1 to 3 seconds of receiving them. Speed depends on the bookmaker's platform, your internet connection and the machine running Betmatic.

Question 4

How are my bookmaker credentials protected?

Accepted Answer

Your credentials are stored only on your own machine, in the Betmatic application. Betmatic doesn't store them or have access to them. Your Betmatic login doesn't need to match your bookmaker logins, and we don't collect personal information from your betting accounts.

Question 5

How many accounts can I run?

Accepted Answer

There's no limit. Connect as many machines as you like, as long as they meet the minimum specifications, and manage every machine and account from one Betmatic login.

Question 6

Why spread a bet across several accounts?

Accepted Answer

Bookmakers limit how much each account can stake. Spreading a stake across several accounts lets you get more on at the price you want, and placing across bookmakers in the same second means you can take the best available price before the market moves.

Question 7

Can I use my own models and strategies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send bets to your Betmatic instance through the API for full automation. Our support team can help you set it up.

Question 8

Can I use Betmatic on mobile?

Accepted Answer

The Betmatic application runs on a computer, not on mobile or Linux, but you can manage and monitor everything from the mobile web app or website.

Question 9

How does Betmatic protect my account credentials?

Accepted Answer

Your credentials stay on your device and are never shared with Betmatic.

Question 10
